Exemption Code(s):
 < All specific stipulated exemptions from qualifying for the Southwestern are disclosed and listed on the Exemptions page of this site.  If none of the exemptions apply in your case, you are not exempt.  If you enter the Southwestern claiming to be exempt when in fact and knowingly you are not exempt at the time of application, any online payment of entry fees will be treated as an interest free loan to the Southwestern until June 30th and the amount returned to you at that time will be net of the $15 convenience fee applicable to entering the Southwestern online.  An invitation will also not be forthcoming.

Notice - If you are unable or unwilling to provide all information text in this online entry form, then you must complete a hardcopy entry form and mail such entry with a $295 check to the Southwestern Amateur Office so as to arrive on or prior to the entry deadline - NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you enter the Southwestern Amateur online before the entry deadline but after all allocated exempt spots in the field have filled, then you will be placed on an exempt entrant waiting list pending the withdrawals of other exempt entrants who entered the Southwestern before you.  Those in the field are posted on the Contestants page of this site.
   

By using the Southwestern Amateur online entry process and paying by credit card, I agree to the Championship RULES and CONDITIONS and acknowledge personal receipt of a printed copy thereof from the Southwestern web site.  I agree that there are certain risks inherent in the game of golf and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks.  I understand that all eligible players desiring to play in the Championship must submit an entry form, or online entry, that is received by the Southwestern on or prior to the entry deadline, and that all entries are subject to acceptance as disclosed in the Southwestern Rules and Conditions.

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of application.  Those exempt applicants that are not yet of age must enter by hard copy only with their parents or legal guardian accepting sole responsibility for the accuracy of the applicants information and actions during the event.  Those applicants must also remit their entry with a check
